About Us
The Happy Pin Sewing School is all about fun and creativity while learning to sew - clothing, crafts, home decorating, quilting . . .
I am a licensed Kids Can Sew & Fashion Design instructor (see www.KidsCanSew.com) and You Can Make It instructor (see www.YouCanMakeIt.com).
I started sewing when I was 8 or 9 and my first project was a gusseted zippered pencil case that I designed myself. I went on to Home Ec classes in High School and a Tailoring class in college. I continue to take classes to expand my skills and I love sharing my knowledge and love of sewing with my students!

In addition to weekly sewing classes, The Happy Pin Sewing School offers seasonal sewing camps, workshops and private lessons for ALL AGES. Do you just want to learn to shorten a hem, sew on buttons, make a window valence, mend a tear? Let us know . . . we're here to help you DO IT YOURSELF!
Sewing Camps are offered during winter, spring and summer school breaks.
Sewing Workshops are offered periodically throughout the year - if there's something you'd like to see us offer, let us know!
